Returns

CLASSIC HAMMONDS DOES NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS ON ANY MERCHANDISE THAT IS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN UNDER THE TERMS OF OUR CONDITIONS. IF A RETURN IS ACCEPTED, A CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT DETERMINTED BY CLASSIC HAMMONDS WILL BE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER. ON FUTURE PURCHASES.

CANCELLATIONS:

ALL non "Special Order" cancelled orders will be assessed a minimun cancellation fee of $50.00. ALL "Special Order" items will be assessed a cancellation fee of 25%, based on the purchased price,  sales tax, packing, shipping and insurance or $85.00, whichever is less. The cancellation must be approved by Classic HammondsDue to our same day shipping on in stock items, cancellations requests must be initiated via telephone ONLY.

RETURNS:

(*) LUBRICANTS, CLEANERS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS and ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS (such as tubes, capacitors, resistors, diodes, transistors, motors, transformers, high frequency drivers, speakers, cables, wiring & others) are NOT cancellable, and NOT returnable. If damaged in shipment, contact the shipping company if insurance was purchased or included with your shipping method. If  item(s) are defective, please contact us for assistance with the manufacturer's warranty process. Customer is responsible for all packing, shipping & insurance charges to expedite a warranty claim.

Due to the nature of VINTAGE items, and lack of control over installation of them, they are NOT returnable. All vintage items are tested for proper working condition BEFORE shipment, and are sold "as is", without any warranty.

Item(s) must be returned in brand new condition, with all original packaging, parts, and instructions. Item(s) must be complete, unmarked, without ANY modifications, and show no signs of tampering. Package seals must NOT be broken, if applicable.

To request return approval, you must call (913) 645-7473 during regular business hours, within 2 business days of receipt of the item(s). Regular business hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM, [CST/CDT], except holidays.  NOTE: RETURN MERCHANDISE REQUESTS CANNOT BE HANDLED VIA E-MAIL.

Upon receipt of the item(s), Classic Hammonds® will decide if the item(s) qualifies for a CREDIT, and the amount of the CREDIT. Further, customer agrees solely to accept this decision.

Classic Hammonds® reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time, without notice.
