USPS^® DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:

Orders shipped via USPS^® Priority Mail service to U.S. destinations include a tracking# and delivery confirmation. USPS^® does not guarantee a specified delivery date. 2 business days delivery is attempted, but actual delivery may take 3-5 business days. Insurance is optional. Should you desire insurance, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. 

Orders shipped via USPS^® Express Mail service to U.S. destinations include a tracking#, delivery confirmation and insurance up to $100.00. USPS^® does not guarantee a specified delivery date. Overnight delivery is attempted, but actual delivery make take up to 2 business days.  Should you desire insurance greater than $100.00, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

USPS^® INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: 

Orders shipped via USPS^® Priority Mail International service DO NOT include a tracking# or delivery confirmation, but DO include insurance up to $100.00. USPS^® does not guarantee a specified delivery date, due to the fact that once the package leaves the U.S. they have no control over it. Delivery is normally 7-14 business days, but can take up to 30 business days, due to Carrier & Customs delays. Should you desire insurance greater than $100.00, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Orders shipped via USPS^® Express Mail International service include a tracking#, delivery confirmation and insurance to $100.00. USPS^® does not guarantee a specified delivery date*, due to the fact that once the package leaves the U.S. they have no control over it. Delivery is normally 3-7 business days, but can take up to 10 business days or longer, due to Carrier & Customs delays.

*USPS^® guarantees date specific delivery to the following countries: Australia, China, France (except Corsica & Monaco), Great Britian, Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Singapore and Spain (except Canary Islands). Additional insurance, is optional. Should you desire insurance greater than $100.00, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

USPS^® Express Mail International service is NOT available to: Afghanistan, Antigua and Barbuda, Ascension, British Virgin Islands,  Burma, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Gambia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iran, Kiribati, Korea, Democratic Peoples, Republic of (North) Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Montenegro, Montserrat, Pitcairn Island, Reunion, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sao Tome and Principe, Somalia, Suriname, Tristan da Cunha, Tuvalu and Wallis an Futuna Islands.

UPS^® DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:

Orders shipped via UPS^® to U.S. locations include a tracking#, delivery confirmation, and insurance to $100.00. UPS^® typically specifies a delivery date, but does not guarantee this date. Should you desire insurance greater than $100.00, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

UPS^® INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Classic Hammonds^® does NOT ship to International destinations via UPS.

Classic Hammonds^® is not responsible for orders not received or orders not received within the shipping company's quoted delivery times. The shipping company assumes all responsibility for the shipment once it has been tendered to the shipping company. If an order is not received, or not received within the time limits set forth by the shipping company, the customer should contact the shipping company. Classic Hammonds^® will gladly assist customers with this process.

At the sole discretion of Classic Hammonds^®, your shipping choice may be changed. In addition, Classic Hammonds^® may require the customer to purchase insurance for their order, and/or Classic Hammonds^® may require any additional charges for these modifications of services to be paid by the customer.
